After sales service details

In order to improve the efficiency of after-sales maintenance service and fulfill the after-sales service commitment to cooperative customers, the service rules are hereby formulated.

1、 For the products that need to be returned to our company for treatment, please attach a description indicating the processing methods of the products, including: repair, renovation, replacement or return, etc., and list the problems in the use of the products and the reasons for the replacement or return, so that we can quickly determine the effective solutions according to the information you provide.

2、 Our products provide 12 months free warranty service. For all returned products, we will identify the failure and warranty period, and classify them to confirm whether maintenance costs are incurred. The warranty period is subject to the body code of the product. All our products without body code (except wired microphone products) will not provide after-sales service.

Class A: during the warranty period, all raw materials and repair costs shall be exempted (except for damage caused by improper use, maintenance or storage and damage caused by force majeure);

Class B: if the warranty period is exceeded, all maintenance labor costs will be exempted, and only relevant yuan and accessories fees will be charged;

Class C: other products that are not produced by our company but repaired by our company, and the expenses incurred in the maintenance process shall be borne by the customer.

We will communicate with customers about the cost of product maintenance, and repair or delivery will be carried out after the customer confirms.

3、 The maintenance machine or equipment returned by the customer shall follow the principle of sending the maintenance machine back to the original consignor. If the customer has special maintenance requirements for the appearance of the maintenance machine or equipment, the guest must attach a text description, and our company will pay for it according to the customer's requirements. If the maintenance machine with special requirements is not specified, the maintenance personnel will carry out maintenance according to our conventional standards, and the instructions are as follows:

1. The products within or outside the warranty period shall be overhauled according to the ex factory performance indexes of the products until they are confirmed to be qualified;

2. For some parts beyond the warranty period, if the customer requires or must be replaced to meet the requirements, the relevant parts will be charged. In addition, if there are any spare parts which can be used but have been scrapped by our company, we will provide them free of charge.

3. Other items such as appearance, packaging, accessories, etc. are sent back according to the condition when the repaired products are returned to the factory. In addition, in order to ensure that the packaging has enough safety protection, if the customer returns the goods without packaging or unqualified packaging, our company will provide the used invalid packaging box free of charge, so as to ensure that the equipment in the package will not be damaged due to collision during delivery. If the customer requires new packaging, the cost of new packaging will be charged.

4. If the returned products need to be renovated, the principle of no new cost and new process shall be followed. The refurbishing kit includes inner package, foam, battery, signal wire, screw, corner code, power line, instruction manual, certificate of qualification, etc. the whole machine is tested and debugged and packed with the new product as the standard and the relevant matching parts are charged.

5. The equipment required to be repaired by the customer shall not be changed without the customer's consent in terms of its relevant technical parameters and fuselage code.

6. The maintenance department shall carry out maintenance according to the order of first come first treatment from the date of receiving the repair order. If there are special circumstances or reasons that need priority, special treatment can be handled flexibly. After sales service shall be of high quality, efficient and fast, and try to avoid long maintenance cycle.

7. Whether it is a maintenance machine or a refurbished machine, it must be inspected by the maintenance personnel and issued a final inspection report before entering the warehouse, so as to ensure the performance of the repaired products.

8. The delivery is subject to the freight station designated by the customer. In order to improve the delivery efficiency, our company will timely adjust the freight station according to the actual situation, and strive to provide customers with a more convenient and faster freight way.

4、 Detailed rules for return and replacement of finished products and products with quality problems:

1. Take the product body code as the standard, the delivery period is within 3 months, the appearance of the repaired products without damage and complete accessories, if the customer requires replacement, after the inspection by the after-sales service department, if it is confirmed to be the product quality problem of our company, our company will replace it free of charge;

2. With the product body code as the standard, we will replace the defective components or accessories free of charge if the delivery period exceeds 3 months;

3. Take the product body code as the standard, the delivery date is within 6 months, no quality problems, unused and in production good products can be replaced with other products of the same type at the same price or make up the difference. If the customer requests to return the goods, the depreciation return will be implemented, and all freight costs will be borne by the customer;

4. In addition to the above conditions, only normal service is provided.
